ClipSave is free to use for personal purposes. By using it you agree to these terms; if you disagree with any of them, please do not use the site.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.

What you may not do

Do not use ClipSave to download material you have no right to use, to infringe anyone's copyright, or to redistribute somebody else's work as your own.

Do not attempt to access private, restricted or login-protected content through this tool, and do not run automated scripts against it. Rate limits exist and will cut you off.

Copyright

Videos on Instagram and Facebook belong to the people who made them. ClipSave neither owns nor hosts any of that material; it only passes a public file through to you at your request. What you then do with it is your responsibility.

No warranty, no liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available, error-free, or able to read any particular link, and Instagram and Facebook can change their platforms at any time in ways that break it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
